"You shall not pollute the land...blood defiles the land...Therefore, I bring judgment upon it for the punishment of its iniquity..."(Num.35:33; Lev.18:23). Our land is defiled...polluted...under God's curse! (see Deut.28:15-63) How can that be? Don't we ask God to "Bless America"? Yes, but have we (in the Church especially) REPENTED for being complicit in the slaughter of millions of aborted babies? Don't we carry on, business as usual, looking away in silence as this abomination escalates (see Lev.20:4-5)? Hear what Dr. James Dobson has to say: "While it became fashionable to utter the prayer, 'God bless America', and ask for divine assistance in that time of trouble, I heard very little during that time about our own sin and need for repentance. Not only should we have asked God to bless us individually and corporately, but we should have beseeched Him reverently to forgive us for our depravity, for our greed, and for killing our babies. Without that spirit of remorse, our plea to heaven was shallow and self-serving." Brothers and sisters, our most pressing need is to pray for a Church-wide awakening to our need to REPENT. We are accomplices in bringing the wrath of God on our nation! Awake, O sleeper! Please Join Us in Agreeing Prayer: "Lord, we beg You mercifully to grant us the gift of Repentance. "Please awaken Your sleeping Bride to understand the signs of the times, interpret Your judgments and REPENT. "We pray in Jesus' Name. Amen."
