Those who forsake the law praise the wicked, but those who keep the law resist them (Pr 28:12).

"There's much more at stake here [than the removal of the Ten Commandments]," Dr. James Dobson, Focus on the Family founder (www.family.org ), explained to his listeners yesterday. "This is part of a larger plan to remove every vestige of faith or reverence for God from the public square. That's where this is headed." Also on Monday, a motion was filed in federal court in Mobile, AL, to block the monument's removal. The lawsuit, filed on behalf of Kelly McGinley, a Christian talk show host, and Richard Dorley, a pastor, claims forced removal of the monument would be offensive to them and would be a violation of the constitutional guarantee of free exercise of religion. A hearing is set for Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. with U.S. District Judge William Steele.

Prayer, fasting and action are the call for every American Christian concerning the events taking place in Alabama.
