The kings of the earthtake counsel together against the LORD and against His Anointed...He shall speak to them in His wrath and distress them in His deep displeasure... Be wise, O kings... Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest... you perish in the way, when His wrath is kindled but a little (Ps 1:1-12).

Next week President Bush will meet in France with the G-8, leaders of the world's eight richest nations. He'll leave early to meet with Arab leaders in Egypt before rushing to Jordan to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and Palestinian Prime Minister Mahmoud Abbas. The "Roadmap" is central to each agenda. When and how God will express His Divine displeasure over our world leaders "dividing up His Land" remains to be seen (see Joel 3:2)!

• U.S. and world leaders are proceeding with their own plans for tiny Israel. They are trampling on God's Word even as they trespass on His holy ground. God, Who is watching over His Word, "will hasten to perform it" (Jer 1:12; Joel 3:1-2).
  
• The Israeli Cabinet would never have approved the manifestly fraudulent "Roadmap" were it not for heavy pressure from the Bush White House and State Department. America needs God and Israel far more than they need us.
  
• Our glaring hypocrisy cries out for God's judgment! We just invaded and conquered two sovereign nations and have pledged to pursue and punish terrorists "wherever they may be found." Yet we are now compelling our "friends" to embrace and reward vicious terrorists, and to expose their children's lives and futures to enemies sworn to exterminate them.
  
• Not only are we defying God's authority, we are forcing the Israelis to do likewise. God's promise to bless or curse men and nations on the basis of their treatment of Israel has never been rescinded (Gen 12:3).

What curses now await us? How will this impact our President? If disillusioned, evangelical Christians boycott the polls or vote for third party candidates, George Bush will lose the White House in 2004 to a pro-abortion Democrat. God's promises regarding "His land" will be fulfilled (e.g., Jer. 31:21-29). He will keep His Word. Thus our leaders will soon hear the Lord "speak to them in His wrath and distress them in His deep displeasure..."

May they speedily REPENT of their role in dividing the land of Israel & coercing Israel to expose its people to even greater jeopardy (1 Kg 3:5-15; 2 Kg 22:18-19; Ps 119:89).

·    May we defend Israel's right to self-defense & to diligently pursue their terrorist enemies. Let Your Will be done! In Jesus' Name, Amen (Dt 7:2; 28:1, 7; Neh 4:14; Ps 41:5-13; Pr 28:4; Rom 13:3-4).
